WD presents the world thinner hard drive

The first samples are ready for a new generation of disks 2.5'' drive with only 5 mm thick, which use Hybrid technology (magnetic support + flash), WD reported. These new units are designed to be thin enough for integration into the new generation of ultra-thin notebooks and may thus offer a high storage capacity and robustness to while permitting a start and application performance similar the current SSD devices. This new technology was demonstrated in last 13.

Intel is adapting Android 4.1 for its Atom processor

The newest version of Android, 4.1 Jelly Bean, brought significant improvements in the "pillars" that support this operating system.

Apparently Intel liked these developments and announced a few days ago, which is working on adapting (port) of Android 4.1 for low-power Atom processors.

Microsoft presents hardware for Windows 8

With the release date of Windows 8 confirmed for October 26th, Microsoft is now starting to prepare for this arrival.

In addition to Windows 8 is expected to arise new equipment that use this new OS and require any special hardware in order to take advantage of their full potential.

Review: Asus tablets Prime Transformer TF201 & Pad TF300TG

It was a little over a year since Asus brought a new and different concept associated with the tablets. In any tablet, the screen space required to attach the keyboard and the added difficulty of interaction with this keyboard were left a little short for some people, the usefulness of mobile devices, primarily for the production of content.
