The DECO attempts lawsuit against Apple (Portugal)

After several attempts to secure the rights and economic interests of consumers, DECO has decided to proceed with a lawsuit against Apple because of misleading information on the site, coaxing consumers to buy the AppleCare Protection Plan (AppleCare Protection Plan).
