Google Fiber - 1 Gbps Internet now available

The Internet is now a privileged means for the sharing of diverse content. However, several studies have been carried out by networking companies reveal that the video will be the content type most widely used starting in 2016, up because it will facilitate communication between users (which is now essentially established through chats and many smileys), among other applications.

But is the bandwidth currently available to domestic customers by ISPs enough for frequent use of the video? Google has advanced and now offers 1 Gbps to users in the United States.

Google, the giant online services and software, seems to have discovered a new business opportunity and is now seeking to integrate the ISP segment. Dubbed Google Fiber, this is a project that has as main objective to offer customer Internet connections to Gigabit (download and upload) for a better experience with content digital, unlike the scenario that we currently live in different countries.

According to Google itself, this project includes a number of optical fibers that will have the support and maintenance element of the company.

Kansas City which is located in the state of Missouri, was thus the first place where Google has tested this project and the results could not be better .... Transfers Gigabit for downloads and uploads (100 times faster than traditional U.S.A.)
